Summary
Our return and refund policy is 30 days. If 30 days have passed since the purchase of your Google My Business SEO package, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

Return Conditions
To be eligible for a full refund, the purchased service must not have been fully used. It will be considered not used if:
– No optimization activity has been initiated on your Google My Business profile.
– The changes agreed upon in the positioning strategy have not been implemented.

Attention: We do not give partial refunds for missing items in your purchase package, in this case please contact us by chat or email to request a replacement and it will be added to your account.

Non-Returnable Services
Due to the nature of our services, certain packages and services cannot be refunded once initiated:
– Customized optimization services already executed.
– Consultations and advisories completed.
– Reports and analyses delivered.

Return Process
To process and complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please send your information to our e-mail: [email protected] with subject “Return”.

Refunds
Once your return request is received and inspected, we will send you an email notifying you of the receipt and status of your refund. If your request is approved, the refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a timeframe determined by your bank.

Late or Missing Reimbursements
If you have not received your refund yet, follow these steps:1. Recheck your bank account.
2. Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
3. Contact your bank. There is often a processing time before a refund is issued.

Packages on Offer
Only regular price packages can be reimbursed. Packages purchased on sale cannot be refunded.

Exchanges
We only replace services if they are defective or have not been provided as stipulated. If you need to exchange a package for the same service, please send us an email to [email protected].
