En pocas palabras, el NPS mide la satisfacc\u00f3n y lealtad de tus clientes.<\/p>\n<p>Las investigaciones encuentran una fuerte correlaci\u00f3n positiva entre NPS y el \u00edndice de crecimiento promedio de tres a\u00f1os de una compa\u00f1\u00eda. La lealtad activa de los clientes es sin duda uno de los factores que m\u00e1s fomenta el crecimientoy aunque no es una garant\u00eda de crecimiento, en la mayor\u00eda de los casos es necesaria para crecer de manera rentable.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p\">Un NPS positivo significa que hay m\u00e1s gente que recomienda tu compa\u00f1\u00eda o producto naturalmente, que gente que desalienta y aleja a otras personas, mientras que una puntuaci\u00f3n negativa quiere decir lo opuesto.<\/p>\n<p>Si bien NPS es un buen indicador de lo que piensan los clientes de su compa\u00f1\u00eda, la puntuaci\u00f3n por s\u00ed sola no es suficiente. El aspecto m\u00e1s valioso de los resultados de la encuesta de NPS es la informaci\u00f3n continua que se recibe de los clientes, mediante comentarios y formularios.
